DR. JOHN STAHL-WERT is a best-selling author and internationally known speaker, whose specialty is making Serving Leadership intensely practical for results-oriented leaders worldwide. John is a Senior Fellow for the Center for Executive Leadership and serves as adjunct faculty in the doctoral program at the Ray Bakke Centre for Urban Transformation (Hong Kong). John serves as the President of Newton Institute which provides innovative leadership solutions based on The 5 Actions described in John’s best-selling book, The Serving Leader.

Ronald Chua, Certified Serving Leader Trainer
RONALD CHUA is a Master Trainer with Integrative. With more than 18 years' experience in learning and development, Ronald has trained cross-culturally in China, Hong Kong , Brunei Darussalam and Malaysia. As the Learning Advisor for Shell Petroleum Company, he was subsequently appointed as Brunei’s Course Director for Shell Global’s learning & training development. He has designed and delivered a suite of management, leadership, self-improvement and team development courses.
Terence Tan, Certified Serving Leader Trainer
TERENCE TAN is a Trainer and Facilitator with Integrative. He has been designing and delivering corporate learning and team development programmes as a facilitator and trainer over the last 10 years. He has facilitated over 500 hundred corporate learning & development workshops with junior staff to senior management across the region. Some of his key competencies include Team & Leadership Development, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Innovation and Change Management.
Doris De Souza, Certified Serving Leader Trainer
DORIS DE SOUZA is a Trainer with Integrative. Doris has more than 18 years of experience in education, career and life coaching, leadership development, professional training and development. She is passionate about developing personal excellence to increase overall team performance. She was a nominee for the President Teacher’s Award in 2009, attesting to her lifelong enthusiasm in developing people. Her key competencies include team bonding and management, leadership and supervisory skills, customer service, communication and presentation skills.
June Tham-Toh, Certified Serving Leader Trainer
JUNE THAM-TOH was the Executive Director of Rainbow Centre before she retired in 2014. A strong advocate for professional development and support for caregivers, she established a training and consultancy arm in Rainbow Centre to promote awareness and professional competency in the sector for professionals in early childhood and special education. In 2015, she was accorded recognition as a Pioneer Special Education Principal by the Ministry of Education for her and contributions to the development of special education in Singapore.
ENRICO VARELLA, Certified Serving Leader Trainer
ENRICO VARELLA is a Managing Consultant with Integrative whose key competencies are in performance management, communication and interpersonal skills, change management, creative thinking skills, values in action, leadership, sales, customer service, stress management, counselling, coaching building teams and supervisory skills. He has trained all across Asia since 1993 and is certified Master Practitioner in NLP, a Licensed E.O.M. Trainer and certified in the use of the Extended DISC®.
